In this webinar, FSMA Spotlights: Innovative Approaches to Promoting Sustainable Sanitation and Empowering Youth through Technology.

On June 8th, 2023, FSMA participated in the Indonesia Water and Wastewater Expo and Forum which spotlighted young innovators. Many young people were enthusiastic to learn about sanitation and to ask what they can do to participate in sanitation issues.

The forum provided a platform for young innovators from academia, industry, and government to exchange ideas and strategies on innovative approaches to promote sustainable sanitation and empower youth through technology.

As part of the forum, a toilet design competition was held, in which 3 winners stood out.

We will speak to the 3 winners to showcase their innovative designs. We encourage the sanitation community to join and hear from the future generation of sanitation specialists!
