Membership Refund Policy
Membership applications and renewals will be processed as soon as possible, within three working days at most.
Your membership subscription runs for one calendar year from the day you sign up. During this period, you will have access to all benefits of the chosen membership type.
We are fully convinced that our memberships are beneficial to all stakeholders in the FSM sector. However, should you sign up for a membership and feel that it is not useful for your work, you may be eligible for a refund:
We do grant a full refund if you are within the first 30 days of the original purchase. After the first 30 days of the original purchase, we can not grant any refunds.
